USA Volleyball emphasizes 'Athletes First, Winning Second,' and the Northern Virginia Volleyball Association agrees with that philosophy. NVVA ensures that the athletes receive excellent coaching and work hard to improve their volleyball skills. NVVA also offers the opportunity for our athletes to compete in a healthy environment and gain an appreciation for working as a part of a team and a club. Our Select Division draws the top coaches and players from the Northern Virginia region. In each age bracket we form a dedicated group which aspires to play at the highest levels locally, regionally and nationally.
