The Mid-Atlantic Power League began as a collaboration between clubs from the Chesapeake, Old Dominion and Carolina Regions all who were seeking a higher level of competition than that typically offered through the regional competition format.
Beginning in 2010, the MAPL leadership will be a partnership between club administrators from VA Elite and Triangle volleyball clubs. It will be shared between individuals who are committed to the MAPL mission, the organization and the execution of professional and successful events and the overall development of the league.
Chuck McCracken will be the tournament director, as he has a shared vision of MAPL. Chuck has been involved with a large network of vendors/venues and clubs and has tremondous experience with running tournaments and programs.
